Lake Masek Tented Lodge is part of the Tanganyika Wilderness Camps collection. It is an eco-sensitive property that runs entirely on solar power and utilizes rainwater harvesting. The "tents" are actually permanent structures built on raised wooden platforms with thatched roofs, offering the atmosphere of a camp with the security and amenities of a luxury hotel. It is world-renowned for its location during the "Calving Season" (January–March).
