Namiri Plains Camp

The Experience
Namiri Plains (meaning "Big Cat" in Swahili) offers a high-design, minimalist aesthetic that allows the landscape to take center stage. Following a major rebuild, the camp now features ten elegant suites made of local stone and canvas. It is famous for its "isolation"—you are likely to go an entire day without seeing another vehicle from a different camp.

How do guests reach Namiri Plains Camp?
Guests fly by charter aircraft from Arusha or Kilimanjaro to a nearby Serengeti airstrip, followed by a short game drive transfer to camp.
